'Hotel experience'

"We had a lovley stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful in every way. It was a bit cold in the rooms but when we talked to the manager he immediatley provided with a fan heater. The breakfast was very good as well."

'Hotel to stay when attending Thursford Spectacular'

"Warm welcome, nice room with everything we needed and only 10 minutes drive from Thursford. Did not have time for evening meal, but breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Thursford, but we will go again next year and book the same hotel because of the excellent, personal service."

"WE thought the standard of our room was very good--larger than expected. The food also very good----the only complaint being we thought a finger bowl should accompany the spare rib dish-- the attention we received from the young lady who booked us in, showed us to our room, later served our dinner and was again on duty for breakfast WAS EXCELLANT."

"Excellent customer service is on offer at this hotel. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for you. We had a problem with our shower, no hassle the hotel sorted this issue immediately. Great food on offer, freshly cooked and nothing too complicated, real value for money. Despite the weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
