Wensum Lodge Hotel holds a Three Star classification from EnjoyEngland.com and we have also been awarded a RAC Three Star Rating for our bed & breakfast accommodation.
Hotel Rooms
We have 17 en-suite bedrooms, many recently refurbished to complement the oak beamed ground floor of the hotel, providing our guests with a stay that is as comfortable as it is relaxing.
All of our rooms have Freeview television, private telephone, irons and ironing boards, DVD players alarm clocks and tea & coffee making facilities.
Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and all of our guests are welcome to use our Wi-Fi for free, and car parking is also free to our guests. All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

Detailed room descriptions at Wensum Lodge Hotel in Fakenham:-
Rooms 6, 7, 8 & 9 - These rooms are small doubles, have nice views over looking the river Wensum, they are all en-suite with shower cubicles.
Rooms 2, 3, 4 - Twin rooms with high ceilings, original wooden mill beams, they all have sky light windows, are all en-suite with shower cubicles.
Room 5 - Double room has high ceilings with original wooden mill beams, sky light windows, en-suite with shower cubicle.
Rooms 10, 11 and 15, 16 - Are family rooms with an inter-locking door between them, they have baths with showers in them. these rooms are slightly larger than some of the other rooms within the hotel.
We also have 7 twin rooms one of which can be converted to a triple room and 10 double rooms.
Breakfast Menu
Our tasty breakfast menu comprises of fresh filter coffee or tea, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals and a cooked English breakfast with a choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs.

Monday to Friday from 7.30am - 9.30am
Weekends and Bank Holidays from 8.30am - 10.30am

| Our baby monitoring service which involves the use of a Wi-Fi camera is available free of charge when it is pre-booked for rooms 1-5. This free baby monitoring service enables parents to be 30 seconds away and is a great way for parents to relax alone for a while. Parents set up the camera by the cot and can monitor their children through a wireless, private colour monitor when they are in the bar or restaurant. If this service is pre-booked, we can offer a tripod so the baby can't reach the camera in the room. |
Disabled Access
We have disabled access into the building but we do not have disabled access to the rooms which are upstairs. If a person does require help with getting up and down the stairs to and from their rooms we can assist them.
